Project Overview
A local homeowner in the Greater Chattanooga area had 2.5 acres of heavily overgrown property that needed to be cleared before they could move forward with their plans for the land. Years of unchecked brush growth, dense undergrowth, and tangled vegetation had made the lot unusable. They needed a land clearing company that could work efficiently, protect the surrounding trees they wanted to keep, and leave the property clean and accessible.
Our crew completed the full Level 1 brush clearing in just over one day — from equipment mobilization to final walkthrough. The result was a fully accessible, cleaned-up parcel ready for whatever comes next.

Not all land clearing is the same, and it’s important for homeowners to understand what they’re actually getting. Level 1 clearing focuses on the removal of brush, shrubs, vines, and undergrowth — the dense, tangled vegetation that accumulates when land goes untended. It does not include the removal of large trees or full stump grinding, which fall under Level 2 or Level 3 clearing depending on scope.
For this client, Level 1 was exactly the right fit. The lot had significant undergrowth and years of accumulated brush but retained a number of established trees the homeowner wanted to preserve. Our goal was to remove everything below the canopy while leaving the healthy trees standing and undamaged.
